It also explains the choices and rights you have.

- Email: contact@appmidia.com
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number and the content of messages you send through our contact form, by email or by phone.
- Account and order information: when you sign up for or buy a product or service, information such as name, email, billing address, country, the products purchased, amounts and transaction history.
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number or PayPal credentials. We may receive limited information from them, such as your name, email, the last four digits of your card, card brand, country and payment status.
- Support and communications: records of your requests, feedback and correspondence with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, date and time of access and similar technical information logged by our hosting and security infrastructure.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) about the status of your transactions, refunds and disputes.
- Advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta), when enabled and permitted by your choices, about how you interact with our ads and Site.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate and deliver the Services you request, including processing orders, payments, subscriptions and refunds;
- To respond to your messages and provide customer support;
- To send transactional communications, such as receipts, confirmations, security notices and service updates;
- To send marketing communications where permitted by law — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
- To measure and improve the Site, our products and our advertising, including through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools when enabled;
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents and payment disputes;
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and the rights of others.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Brazil)
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies, we process personal information on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); legitimate interests (to secure, operate and improve our Services, prevent fraud and respond to inquiries), balanced against your rights; consent (for non-essential cookies, advertising technologies and certain marketing, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations, including hosting, content delivery, security and email (Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), and customer communication tools.
- Payment processors. Stripe and PayPal process payments as independent controllers for some purposes, such as fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. See the Stripe Privacy Policy and the PayPal Privacy Statement.
- Advertising and analytics partners. If we use tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, these partners may collect information about your use of the Site through cookies or similar technologies, subject to your consent where required. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or when necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Appmidia LLC, our customers or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Advertising and your choices
We may use advertising services to show our ads to people who visited the Site (remarketing) and to measure ad performance. You can control this through our cookie preferences (where offered), your browser settings, Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and industry opt-out pages such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” where required by law.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK or Brazil, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy: contact messages for up to 24 months after our last interaction; order, payment and tax records for the period required by law (generally up to 7 years); and technical logs for a short period, usually up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; receive a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
- California and other U.S. states: residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws may request to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Where our use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing”, you can opt out as described in Section 6.
- EEA and UK: you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- Brazil (LGPD): you may also request confirmation of processing, anonymization, information about sharing, and review of automated decisions, and lodge a complaint with the ANPD.
To exercise your rights, email contact@appmidia.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30 to 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
11. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
